[comp.arch] Literature on Inverted Page Tables

Hi,

   I am looking for literature on inverted page tables.  I am particularly
interested in details of implementation and how pages can be shared, but
since I cannot find any references, any literature will do for starters.
Anyone out there read about inverted page tables?  Please reply by E-mail.
