Is there anyone else out there that's been trying to use the DLX simulator distributed with the Hennessy & Patterson text? Anyone interested in corresponding & exchanging tidbits on how to solve problems? My current problem: the simulator core dumps when it encounters an unknown opcode, but doesn't tell me where or what the unknown opcode is. The program that I was running was dhrystone, as compiled by the DLX cross-compiler. I'm running all this on a Sun 3 under SunOS 4.03.
