             Gary Murdock, National Semiconductor, Chairman
             This is the second meeting of a new working group (approval
             pending) that is developing a standard for small signal swing
             (0,25V?) differential signals suitable for Si and GaAs VLSI
             devices and defining 8-bit and 4-bit SCI links using those
             signals.
