What follows is a map of pUC18 made conforming to the Plasmid Description
Language conventions described in the previous posting. This is a very
simple map, but almost everyone has access to a map of pUC18 or pUC19.
They are in the back of several biotechnology catalogs, including
New England Biolabs and Stratagene.
Note that I change widths for the polylinker, and lac and amp genes.
To keep it simple, there are no restriction sites in this map.
