I am looking for program of calculating the electrostatic field by
numerical method developed by Dr. I.Klapper etc al. This is a finite-
difference algorithm which solves the linearized Poisson-Boltzmann equation.
Sereral paper has reported the application of this method such as program
Del Phi and others.
Are there anyone who can kindly tell me some information about program
of this method such as whether there is any program to distribute? Where I can
obtain the program or how to contact the authors of the program by e-mail etc?
