[sci.bio] computer aided sperm analysis techniques needed.

JFSLG@CUNYVM.BITNET (01/10/91)

I am interested in any information on Computer Aided Sperm Analysis Techniques.
This is,from what I understand,a video image technique that uses computers to
analyze sperm motility. CASA technology , as it is sometimes called, is used
in fertility and andrology laboratories and in other labs of research. I plan
to undertake motility analysis of human sperm using a laser light-scattering
technique called photon correlation spectroscopy and I would like to use CASA
to check my results.

Well, I don't have access to this technology, but if I did I can assure
I don't have access to this technology, but if I did I can assure
you that "Mi CASA et su CASA"!  :-}

I just hope this wasn't posted to lure me into making a pun! I hate
puns!!
