I'm trying to gather material on cutting municipal pigeon populations by the use of birth-control substances. Does anyone out there know of a town that successfully or unsuccessfully has used them? Anyone have access to any other information?

Some cities have noted that a few Peregrines or Redtail Hawks also cut down on pigeons...or at least visible ones. Allegedly the raptors just think skyscrapers are funny cliff formations.... 'Course if you don't like being harassed by pigeons for food, how about a big Redtail, Golden Eagle, or Bald with its appetite up?
