This a response to Lili Velez's query to my original posting, since we cannot communicate directly: Since I posted my original query as to my somewhat bizarre symptoms, several responders have provided clues or suggested possible narrowing of scope in any medical analysis. Based on their suggested line of inquiry, I now recall the following possibly associated symptoms and events: Pronounced developmental hypoplasia of the teeth (a brittle layering of the enamel, causing teeth to easily crack and often caused by high fever episodes in childhood). A tendency to run very high fevers during bouts with flu and the cold. When others tend to get congested or sore throats, I tend to get racking fevers and even mild delirium. I would stress, that, normally, I am quite healthy except for the intermittent episodes mentioned in my first posting. I am quite hypomanic, with lots of nervous energy, restlessness, and a highly extroverted personality. I sleep well, but often feel very "revved up" even in normal, unexciting surroundings. When my adrenaline kicks in, or I am excited, I become extremly active. I do not suffer from depression, or any other clinical psychiatric disorders (to my knowledge). All other parties, please excuse my posting this in a non-medical alias.
