Not to stray *too* far from the subject, but I've heard there is a book
that shows photographs of zillions of different types of faces, to show
the degree of diversity (possibly an art book). Anyone know what this
is?

'Long as we're straying, I'll mention *Human Diversity*
(is that the correct title?), by Lewontin (?).  It's in
the popular series that Freeman publishes.  It's a good
exposition of current biological thinking on "race",
ontogenetic development, gender differences, ...
