[mod.os] TCP/IP under System V

It is my understanding that Wollongong Group, that has done a BSD-like
version of TCP/IP under V.2 on the 3B, is working on a full Streams
implementation for V.3, for release sometime in 2Q '87. This is the
only other transport work in progress I know of for the AT&T machines,
though I have heard rumors of work on MAP and OSI transports. I would
expect that other vendors are working on TCP/IP transports for their
V.3 ports.
