[mod.os] The group has been renamed.

Hello.  The name of this group is being changed from mod.os to
comp.os.research.  I know that it's a long name, but it fits the
way that I view this group.

So, please continue to contribute.  we've had some interesting
postings in the past, and i hope that we will continue to have
them.
