Does anybody have a collection of updates and/or extensions to RFC821/822 that are needed by a real world mail system? I already know about SMTP reply code of 050, MAIL FROM <>, full words for days and months, BST for a time zone, "."s in the phrase part of a route-addr, and name "at" host. How many more krocks/tweaks are there in common use that I don't (yet) know about?
