Please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that MIT-Multics had corrected its bizarre behavior of returning failed mail "under separate cover" and then returning the failed items separately without any way to connect it with the failure notice. What do you all suppose we can (or should) do to induce MIT-Multics to conform to the rules, and become a good netmail citizen? Sorry if some are offended by revisiting this again in 1985.
