[btl.general] Looking for ANSI X3.28-1976 Standard

I am looking for a copy of the ANSI X3.28-1976 specification.
This standard refers to a simple asynchronous data protocol.
All the copies at Bell Labs are out on loan. If anyone can send me a
photocopy or point me to a place where I can obtain it on loan,
I would appreciate it.
