This is not really a case of a word that takes two opposite meanings,
but:
Inflammable and flammable -- both mean the same thing. (Very volatile).

that "flammable" is properly a word is moot, but certainly neither it nor
"infalmmable" means "very volatile":  "volatile" means "capable of 
evaporation".  water is nearly as volatile as gasoline, but not in the
least inflammable.
