Gee, when did "zoftig" get to be "well-endowed"? It was always more like ""pleasinggly plump" or even more so. Literally, it means "juicy", from the German "Saft", juice. judith !decvax!brunix!jss

I agree with Judith Schrier about the definition of "zoftig" (or "zaftig," if you like). The connotation of "zoftig" is a matronly plumpness, rather than any well-endowed shapeliness.
