(this is not really a reply to 374,
i just haven't learned my way around this system 
very well yet...)
An odd example of sexual stereotyping...
I was just hospitalised --
i might add, for a "man's complaint" (hernia) --
an one of the attendants i had was a rather fey
young man. I'm not compalining mind you, just noting.
Anyway, even though this guy was swishy,
i figured he was an orderly and not a nurse.
Turns out he was a nurse,
and this author, who
would like to believe that his sexism (including 
homophobia) is minimal, found another hidden prejudice.
Live and learn...
