Can't resist...

	"rate of speed"

Seems to me that "speed" is a rate of travel or motion,
thus the "rate of" is redundant.  I believe this falls
into the category someone has dubbed "baby puppies" --
like oxymorons, only the other way around.

Well, how about "...And that's a true fact!"
As distinct, apparently, from one that is false, or at least open
to question.
