Some long time ago, I read a short story or humorous article about stamp
collecting in which the thin strips of paper that border a set of stamps
was called "wiffle".  There is some similarity with the thin strips of
holey paper on the sides of computer paper,

I suppose you could call the holey paper on the edge of computer
printouts scripture.
