[net.nlang] Classic Song Title

dave@utcsrgv.UUCP (Dave Sherman) (04/02/84)

My favourite song title isn't changed at all from the original.
It's a creative interpretation of the well-known
"One fine day, you'll look at me
	 ...
One fine da-a-ay, you're gonna want me for your girl."
(Rita Coolidge, I believe)

Obviously, that song is being sung by a diamond ring to a prospective
(male) purchaser.

No it isn't; it is sung by a man to his (ex?)-friend.
