Please help me settle a dispute. The following passage was written by
James Randi, as part of a report on a trial of the religious leader
Sun Myung Moon.

What we want to know is, what could the point of the final sentence be,
and in particular, the phrase "he speaks no English". In other words,
what inferences are naturally licensed by the sentence, along with the
rest of the passage, and an understanding of English.

> Moon went on to tell the audience in the New York City courtroom that
> he had frequently spoken with Moses, Buddha, and Jesus Christ.
> Conveniently for the Reverend, these famous folks spoke to him in Korean--
> he speaks no English.

Please mail me your comments and interpretations.
