For the curious, I did find the cause of the "Phantom power switch" problem in my 150. The master power solenoid was full of water! I had replaced the switch after a complete failure this summer with an identical switch... except the old one had caulking around all the seams. The new solenoid worked fine until the rainy season started again. Last weekend, I took the switch off, opened the bottom, and got a hand full of scummy water (ick). I dried the interior, sprayed the heck out of it with WD-40, reassembled it, and put silicon goop all over the exterior. There was a rubber gasket sealing the switch portion, but apparently water leaked in around the mounting of the coil.
