Will really appreciate tips on Carribean flying. Will be going to PuertoRico for a Fault Tolerant tech meeting feb 1985. Want to make an adventure of it by flying to it from Miami in a Bellanca Viking. Will need to stop for refuel enroute so where should I. Want to enjoy the flying & sights so must minimize bureaucracy of papers customs etc. With this in mind where should i refuel? Haitti Dominican Republic etc etc where? Will appreciate answers. :
