[net.aviation] Preparation for commercial written

I am interested in getting my commercial rating.  I am looking for
suggestions of getting prepared to take the written.  I notice
that some of the weekend ground schools combine the private
and the commercial.  A few offer a separate commercial.  I got
my private in 1968 and my IFR rating in 1975.
