Arizona fatal aircraft accident summary -- 1/1/82 through 3/31/85 The following is excerpted from the preliminary accident descriptions that the FAA mails to Arizona pilots. Cause of accident is based on initial investigation, and may not reflect the final findings of FAA and/or NTSB reports.
