We're looking for about 5 partners in the San Francisco bay area who are interested in owning the following airplane: Spencer Air Car 4 place amphibian 300 HP constant speed prop, full feathering with beta range Full IFR panel including an HSI 3 axis auto-pilot electric gear system. approximate cost per partner, ~ $5,000.00. Caveats: The plane is a home-built which is complete but has not yet flown. It is unpainted and unregistered. Weight and balance has been done but needs final pre-flight FAA inspection. I know the history of this plane, and there is nothing wrong with it. Construction was started by a poor fellow who died after working on it for more than 10 years. The wings were built within the last 18 months by an AP mechanic. Some final detail work has been done by the designer, P.H. Spencer.
