What's this about there being a federal reg to the effect that one must
monitor an FAA voice freq. in a radio equipped plane?
I have never heard of such a thing... (that doesn't mean much, I know)
I know no one who observes this "rule", have never heard of anyone mention
it...etc. Is this new ???? I HATE IT.
