[net.aviation] slips with flaps in 172

If one can believe _Private Pilot_ magazine, there is nothing inherently
unsafe about slipping a 172 with flaps.  But the banging and shuddering
that result when the blanked air hits the tail could startle the pilot,
and that's supposedly the reason that Cessna placards the 172 against
slips with the flaps extended.
