As revised, the puzzle has two distinct solutions.  The following clue
ALSO won't distinguish the two solutions:
	The three sequential digits, summed mod 10, give the other digit.

either 3216 or 3876 will satisfy all conditions.  I'm betting on the latter,
since Mr. Potter would have to be more devious than to post '123' as an
example for '321'...
