[general] new terminal on loan

We have a new terminal in 336 for a few days, the latest model from
Soroc.  It's on loan from Berry Smith, who has it on loan from the
local Soroc distributor.  Anyone interested in buying new terminals
should take a look at it;  it's moderately smart and right now is
very cheap ($789).
