[general] 336 has light switches

Unlike almost every other room in the building, the computer room
has real light switches.  Please use them, and DON'T fiddle around
with 336's circuit breakers.  Some of those breakers power equipment
that *MUST* *NOT* be turned off, like the air conditioning for the
computer room.
