[general] afternoon shutdown Mon 20th

There is a strong possibility that Unix will be shut down for a
couple of hours early in the afternoon of Monday the 20th.  The
purpose is to make some long-overdue hardware changes.  Details
and final confirmation of this shutdown to follow.
