We've run out of ribbons for the Sanders; more are expected any day now. We'd hoped to avoid actually running out, but Sanders is being slow about delivering our latest order. Our experience with locally- bought ribbons has been uniformly bad, so we're avoiding them. As a result, we apologize to everybody for the inconvenience, but the Sanders is temporarily unavailable. If you have a major emergency, we have a small supply of old ribbons that will work but need lots of babying. We are NOT willing to do a lot of this, so be ready to explain why your document cannot possibly wait until the ribbon shipment comes. Also, we are about to start charging for Sanders use, and emergency- ribbon use will be billed at three times the normal rate. Sorry again for the hassle; we'll try to make sure that it doesn't recur.
