Since the Sanders is once again functioning as our "production" printer,
the form feeder has been removed from the NEC and it is back to its old
role of doing "single sheet" printing. "format" and "ms" have been
adjusted to match, so that once again you need to hit RETURN on the
stand-up terminal after each page of printout on the NEC.
