There is now another kind of display. It is called a right-block display.
Text between `.DS RB' and `.DE' will be left-adjusted as a block, but the
block will be pushed over to the right margin (with the longest line in the
block at the margin). Note that the lines are *not* right-adjusted.
The usage is the same as for the other display instructions (see the
manual if in doubt).
