One of our printers is slightly broken and is out for repairs. We can still
do all printing on the remaining printer, but this may lead to longer
delays than usual in getting your output, as we will have to arrange for
redirection of printing semi-manually.
If your job is ready to print (i.e. it shows up when you do `hpq') but not
yet printing, you might want to contact us to do the "manual" switch.
