After lengthy delays and some procrastination, I've finally installed the manual pages and documention for B news. The documentation can be had with "/usr/doc/run bnews"; be warned that its list of newsgroups is not up-to-date and the document is reputed to be hard to follow. "/usr/doc/run bnews.install" gives the installation guide, for anyone who's interested. "man news" will start you on your way to exploring the 8-10 manual pages for B news.
