Added a minor uucp utility, uuname(1), which reports what sites uucp
connects directly to.  Works out of a summary file, L.sys.sites, to
avoid having to read the master L.sys file (which is not readable to
the public).  Set up an entry in crontab to regenerate L.sys.sites
nightly.
