For lack of a better forum (that's read often enough!)

IBM is giving UTCS a 3033U16 and 180 3278s for nothing--provided UTCS
  uses this 'gift' to develop VM/UNIX.
Judging by the failures of their (UTCSs) other terminal systems
  (VIVA, LIBRA), this ought to be a real scream to watch.
