[hacknews] terminal shuffles

Room 507 now has a VC303. /etc/ttys has been edited accordingly,
with the speed changed to 2400 baud, since there hasn't been
a hardcopy terminal in there in quite a while.
The two old Volker-Craigs have gone to Wern for servicing.
