New command: doc(1). This is a tidied-up version of the old /usr/doc/run command file. Its purpose is to print the various items of documentation that are not manual pages. See doc(1) manual page for details. Note that the printing instructions for some Bell documents specify use of the refer(1) bibliographic-reference processor, which doesn't work here yet.
