[hacknews] Sanders relocated, sort of

The Sanders has now been moved from a DZ port (tty45) to its permanent
hookup on the DL that once ran our manual dialout modem.  Said DL has
also been cranked up to 2400 baud (its top speed), and the device for
it has been renamed /dev/sand .  This will permit doing a custom driver
for the Sanders later.  It also frees up a DZ port, and we are starting
to get short of those again.
