I have done a massive internal cleanup on lpr(1), including some bug
fixes.  There are a few user-visible consequences:

	- The obscure -f option has become -u .
	- Multiple filenames and -c no longer produce multiple header
		and trailer pages.
	- Lpcancel no longer cancels header and trailer pages, just
		the text in between.
	- The header/trailer banners are now done with O's instead of
		X's (I tried it and decided it looked better).
