Fixed a minor bug in spd(8):  reverse linefeeds did not work because of
a botch in the treatment of newlines.  Unix's handy "expand newline into
CR-LF" mode cannot be used on the Sanders because it uses the newline
character in other places, notably the reverse-newline sequence.
