PMI was in to check over our packs. Nothing serious except one item: the head-load areas on our production pack are rather dirty. The PMI guy in fact recommended cleaning the heads before remounting the pack, which we unfortunately weren't in a position to do. Terabit wasn't available for help. It may prove advisable to get both PMI and Terabit in at the same time to clean everything; stay tuned.
