I have installed a new version of the ms macros. A bug has been fixed whereby a .BP turned on filling even when it had been turned off. The mechanism for .EP, .KF and .NS and .NE (formerly .PS and .PE) has been made common. Other than a much cleaner implementation, this means that when these instructions are used in sequence, the output occurs in the order given (it didn't before). In the process, a bug in the implimentation of floating keeps was found and fixed.
