A new ms has been installed which fixes a problem with the .SH
instruction: it did not do anything with arguments containing 'L'
(although the 'L' is redundant, the documentation does not exclude
it). Also a new feature has been added: .ST LLT [{ZO UT}] is the same
as the regular letter style, except everything is left-adjusted and
right-adjustment and hyphenation are left on. Announcement of the latter
will follow in general.
