In an attempt to stop the new wave of CP HUNG crashes, I have taken Star Ring off the bus. This essentially removes the only change made to the 44's Unibus during the reshuffles this morning: the relocation of Star Ring and the change to a somewhat longer Unibus cable between it and the 44. We'll see if this makes a difference. The /dev/sr directory has permissions --------- until Star Ring is back on the bus (normally it's rwxrwxr-x).
