Made three changes to the Sanders daemon, partly in anticipation of graphics stuff and partly overdue general cleanup: 1. The daemon now fiddles the tty modes to force expansion of newline to CR-LF. This eliminates the need for the spooler (etc.) to generate carriage returns. The nroff terminal tables have been adjusted to match, although the spooler is still generating a lot of superfluous CR's. (I'll fix this soon.) 2. The daemon no longer emits a reset sequence at the beginning of each file. This may present problems if spoolers etc. start doing more fiddling with the Sanders's modes, because things will not get reset properly. But the reset sequence is suspected in the lingering misalignment problems; it would be nice if Sanders supplied an extra reset sequence that set everything back to defaults but didn't flush the internal buffer or clear the printer's page-top logic. 3. A minor fix: the mail-on-completion option used to misidentify itself as the line printer.
