The ms macros have been changed/fixed in several ways: - an obscure bug in page numbering has been cleared up (this happened when in thesis style, with no title page or abstract and with page numbering not starting at one) - a bug in line length on facing pages has been fixed - a change in point size caused by HS was resulting in the wrong increment; this has been fixed - ZO and UT now allow another argument for puncuation at the end of the address
